Q. Where is my order being shipped from?
The majority of orders are processed and shipped from Queensland, Australia.

Q. How much will shipping cost and how long will it take?
Please see below for the current postage and handling fees for the various regions.

Zone 1 - Australia
Shipping cost - $6.50 Postage & Handling on single items (then + $3.00 for each additional item)
Estimated delivery time - please allow 3-7 business days for delivery

Zone 2 - New Zealand
Shipping cost - $7.50 Postage & Handling on single items (then + $4.00 for each additional item)
Estimated delivery time - please allow 3-7 business days for delivery

Zone 3 - Asia/Pacific
Shipping cost - $8.50 Postage & Handling on single items (then + $5.00 for each additional item)
Estimated delivery time - please allow 6-10 business days for delivery

Zone 4 - USA/Canada/Middle East
Shipping cost - $9.50 Postage & Handling on single items (then + $6.00 for each additional item)
Estimated delivery time - please allow 10 - 14 business days for delivery

Zone 5 - Rest of the world
Shipping cost - $10.50 Postage & Handling on single items (then + $7.00 for each additional item)

They are incorporated into the shipping cost. There is no additional cost for handling.

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding Public Holidays within Queensland, Australia.

Q. What is your standard return policy?
If you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased, you may return it within 30 days of shipment (first business day after payment made) for a full refund of the purchase price of the product. (Shipping charges are non-refundable). Please contact us for Return instructions. The Item(s) must be returned in its original condition, in original boxes or bags, and with all paperwork, tags and accessories to ensure full credit.

Q. How do I return an item?
ASPWORLDTOURSHOP.COM stands behind every item we sell. We are committed to having satisfied customers that love our sport and products as much as we do. That's why we offer a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your product simply return it within 30 days for a refund. If you should need to return an item, please contact us. Items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned. Items returned must be accompanied by the original packaging, parts, pieces, accessories, tags attached and printed materials in order to be eligible for a full refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the purchaser's responsibility, except in cases where the return is the result of a shipping error or the item arrives damaged or defective.

Q. What do I do if I received a damaged or defective item?
When your order is delivered, you should immediately inspect the carton(s) for any potential damage that may have occurred during shipment. If you received an item that was damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately. It is important that you contact us before returning the item, so that we may assist you with return shipping fees. If you do not contact us, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. In addition, please be prepared with a detailed description of the damage or defect before contacting us.

Q. When will I receive my credit for items I returned to ASPWORLDTOURSHOP.COM?
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
